In the name of God Amen, I Daniel Delozier of Allegany Township, Cambria County an state of Pennsylvania, being very sick and weak in body but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be to almighty God for the same, do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner following. Principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it, and my body I recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent and Christian burial at the discretion of my executors and as touching such worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give, devise, and dispose of the same in the following manner & form, Viz: first all my lawful debts I desire to be paid by my executors, then I give and bequeath unto my well beloved Wife, Ann, the plantation whereon I now live with all the farming utensils, household and kitchen furniture during her natural life, also I give and bequeath unto my said beloved Wife Ann the sum of one hundred dollars a year so long as she lives to be paid to her yearly & every year. I do also allow the above described plantation to be sold at any time during my said Wife’s lifetime, if she so concents, and agrees, and the plantation purchased by me of Philip Cooper where my son Daniel Delozier now lives I desire to be sold by my executors, at their discretion after my death and I desire that whenever the above described plantations, or either of them is sold, that my executors shall deed the same to the purchasers thereof and that such deeds be considered good and effectual in law as if executed by my heirs. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter, Susanah Barkly the sum of one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ruth Glass the sum of one dollar. Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Clotelde Weaver the sum of forty one dollars. I give and bequeath unto my son Ignatius Delozier the sum of one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Logan the sum of one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Delozier the sum of one hundred & one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my son Daniel Delozier the sum of one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Monica Delozier the sum of one hundred & one dollar. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Charity McGraw the sum of sixty one dollars. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Annistatia Burgoon the sum of one hundred & one dollars. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Linny Delozier the sum of one hundred & one dollars. I give and bequeath unto the Reverend Demetrius A. Galitzen, or his successor, the sum of fifty dollars (towards building a Church at Loretto), also I give and bequeath unto the said D. A. Galitzin, or his successor the sum of twenty dollars, for Masses at his discretion. And it is my will and desire that the residue of my estate shall be equally divided to all and each of my aforesaid children, at the discretion of my executors. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my well beloved Wife and Jacob Glass, Junior the sole executors of this my last will and testament, and I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke, and disanul all and every other former testaments, Wills, legacies, bequeaths and executors by me in any way before made, willed, & bequeathed. And I do ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last will and testament, and desire this to be recorded as such.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eight day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen.

Maquire, Register of Wills and Granting letters of Administration in and for said County, personally appeared Jacob Glass, Executor, and Ann Delozier, Executrix of Daniel Delozier of said County Deceased, and on their Solemn Oaths saith that they will well and truly administer the Goods and Chattels, Rights and Credits of the said Daniel Delozier Deceased and make a true and perfect inventory thereof and Exhibit the same into the Register’s Office at Ebensburg on or before the twenty sixth day of January next and to render a true and just account Calculation and reconing of Said administration on or before the twenty sixth day of December in the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and nineteen, or when hereunto lawfully required.
